Study different schemes of various banks. 75% loan is provided by Bank and 25% we have to rise. Entrepreneur should have contingency fund ( S/He should save & invest) for new business ventures. Entrepreneurs should compulsorily hold a current account. Small Businessman should know about various schemes and benefits provided by government for entrepreneurs and should take its benefits. Example: Mudra Delegation of work is must. Instead of doing all work by self in order to save some money, work should be delegated to others. India's economy compared to other country is strong and sound. So one can save and invest money and gain good returns out of it. Conversion of saving into investment is important. Benefits of private limited company: Brand Building: It helps in creating a Brand. Company being private limited has more value and liability. Limited Liability: Forming a private limited company results in protection of personal assets, access to more resources, financial assistance and greater tax cuts. Business Continuity: Private limited companies enjoy permanent succession because the company is its own legal entity. In the event of a death or resignation, the company’s Articles of Association allocate the shares to remaining members. Discontinuation of the company only occurs through liquidation or similar means. Guaranteed succession not only benefits members, but secures jobs and resources for the community. Finance & Resources: When more resources or large-scale production is necessary, forming a private limited company protects the interests of lenders. With adequate funding, your company can produce goods at a lower cost, thus increasing profits and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the future of the business becomes more secure. Easy assessment of fund: Audit and balance sheet being compulsory for private limited company, increases authenticity and credibility of company to raise loan from banks. There is an age-old saying which goes, 'Winners don't do different things. They do things differently,' and so they stand out from others and march towards their goals faster.

Our Saturday Club has one such member who does same things differently. It means he simplifies the complicated task which helps in smoother completion of work. “Think simple, make work simple & have fun” – it's a philosophy of Simple IDEAS & Solutions LLP. Their approach towards every challenge is with clear mind & is free from any prejudice, conceptions or misconceptions. The solutions offered are so obvious that they are self explanatory & simple to understand. Solution’s are always

low cost, holistic and easy to implement and are sustainable. They find the root cause of any problem and eradicate the problem from its cause so it doesn't appear again. These simple but important solutions can help in any kind of Business problems.

Here is an example where they have solved a major problem which was faced by Mumbai Local trains which was unsolved for years. Issue was of people getting over the roof top of the trains which would many a times cause fatal accidents. According to the Railways problem was commuter's mindset. But actual problem lied in the equipment itself. Train Bogies had ladder welded to it which would make it easy way for commuter's to climb up the train if they don't find any place inside. Simple IDEAS & Solutions LLP gave solution to this unsolved problem in just 3 days. Removing the ladders was a simple & permanent solution to it. Most of the time it happens that answers lies within the problem itself…but we search for it outside.

Simple IDEAS & Solutions LLP has solved many such cases wherein answers were simple but unsolved for years. They also design or redesign innovative products or services for user's convenience which reduces cost of making or process and helps increase in profit. Founder of this unique firm is Mr. Manish Patil. Contact: 9322596283.
