Saturn Cutoff LED and Saturn 2 Cutoff LED
1. Run Feed Cord from Luminaire into top of Pole (fixture does not need to be opened; it ships ready to install).
2. Place Luminaire onto Pole.3. Aim the fixture as intended. Always position Street Side Label at street
side (see label next to glass).4. Level and secure into place by tightening (2) Set Screws with Allen
Wrench. 5. Loosen Handhole Screws and remove Handhole Cover. Connect Feed
Cord from Luminaire to Line Voltage Feed (by others). See wiring on page 4 for proper installation. Be sure not to pinch wires during installation.
6. Replace Handhole Cover and test fixture.

1. Disconnect Power.2. Loosen Handhole screws and remove Handhole Cover (not shown).
Disconnect luminaire Feed Cord from Line Voltage Feed (not shown).3. Twist lower cover counter-clockwise to remove cover.4. Loosen (2) M6 pan head screws (do not remove screws).5. Turn gear tray counter-clockwise and lift Gear Tray Assembly out of
pole, just enough to expose terminal blocks. 6. Disconnect white, black and green wires coming from side tubes.
Remove Gear Tray Assembly from pole along with the attached Feed Cord from Luminaire.
7. Run Feed Cord from the new Gear Tray Assembly into Pole. 8. Place New Gear Tray Assembly partly into pole exposing the terminal
blocks. Reconnect wires from side tubes according to wiring shown on page.
9. Reinstall Gear Tray Assembly. Tighten (2) M6 pan head screws. Reinstall lower cover.
10. Connect the new Feed Cord from Luminaire to Line Voltage Feed. 11. Replace Handhole Cover and test Luminaire.

1. Disconnect power.2. Loosen tamper-resistant screws using spanner head screwdriver.3. Lift cap off fixture and disconnect red, black, and green wire
connections.4. Loosen (9) MS pan head screws holding light engine to cap (do not
remove screws).5. Remove light engine assembly by using keyhole design.6. Replace with new light engine, tighten screws and connect red, black
and green wires according to wiring shown on page. Ensure gasket is clean and damage-free.
7. Replace top cap making sure not to pinch wires and tighten tamper-resistant screws.
8. Reconnect to power and test luminaire.

Saturn Cutoff LED and Saturn 2 Cutoff LED
1. Disconnect power.2. Loosen tamper-resistant screws using spanner head screwdriver.3. Lift cap off fixture and disconnect red, black, and green wire
connections.4. Remove (2) hex nuts and flat washers, and (2) pan head screws
holding shade in place.5. Remove and replace shade.6. Reinstall (2) hex nuts and flat washers, and (2) pan head screws to
secure the shade.7. Reconnect red, black, and green wires according to wiring shown on
page. Ensure gasket is clean and damage-free. 8. Replace top cap making sure not to pinch wires and tighten
tamper-resistant screws.9. Reconnect to power and test luminaire.
