    1. General Electric power stations created on the base of GTA-6R gas-turbine plant are

    compact up-to-date automated heat and power stations with high total coefficient of fuel consumption (85% and more), low-price generation of electric and heat power, little payback time (2.54.0 year from operation beginning), high operate reliability and little production and assembling time

    GTES-12 gas tubine power plant with capacity of 12MW consists of two GTA-6RM

    gas-turbine power units with total capacity of 12 MW, produced by NPO Saturn. For heating production we can offer two steam recovery boilers (att. 1)

    3. Brief description of GTA-6R systems.

    3.1. GTD-6R Gas-turbine Engine GTD-6RM gas-turbine engine is created on the base of D-30KU/KP aircraft engine and unified with

    base engine in the maximum.

    3.2. Turbogenerator Turbogenerator is synchronous, bipolar generator, 3 phase, AC, frequency 50, voltage 6300V or

    10500V, with brushless excitation system. The generator set also comprises air cleaning and circulating unit. Generator cooling system is air, open (closed or open cycle for TGS-8-2U), with indirect coil cooling.

    The turbogenerator features relay protection devices to prevent the following failures and damages during standard operation mode:

    - multiphase shortings in stator coil of turbogenerator and on its terminals; - one-phase shortings on ground in stator coil; - double shortings on ground: one in stator coil, another in outer network; - outer shortings; - symmetrical stator coil overload; - shortings on ground in the second point of excitation chain; - asynchronous mode with excitation loss; - against shortings on ground of rotor coil; - shutdown at temperature increase of oil or bearing inserts over permitted values; - signal or shutdown at temperature increase of steel or stator coil over permitted values.

    Turbogenerator starts parallel operation in network by precision synchronization method. Excitation is provided by brushless excitation system including control station and 3-phase exciter,

    AC, 24V or 220 V. For excitation system power supply three OM-1.25/ 10-84 transformers are used (included in supplied

    set). Turbogenerator is designed for operation with insulated neutral (star stator coil connection). Stator coil has 6 terminals with current transformers located on casing side in terminal box. Bearing lubrication is pressurized circulating from oil tank positioned on the GTD-6RM engine. Tp22 and Tp22S turbine oil is used for lubrication. Turbogenerator and all excitation elements withstand without damages and residual distortions: 3-

    phase shorting for 5 seconds, 2-phase shorting for 2 seconds from any load mode 0110% at 105% voltage from rated.

    3.3. GTA-6R Automatic Control System

    Automatic control system ensures GTA-8RM plant operation in all modes including parallel operation with similar units and (or) with power system and provides control, protection and diagnostics function.

    The system is designed for: - selfdiagnostics of automatic control system components, actuator gages, measuring channels in

    background and text modes; - station assemblies control during prestarting preparation, idle spinning in operation and

    emergency modes; - collection, first processing and indication of the current state of heat and power station operation

    process; In operation mode automatic control system provides: - gas-turbine engine starting and assigned load shutdown in accordance with the process; - stabilization of assigned process mode; - adjustment of turbine shaft rotational speed under load and to prevent gas-turbine engine

    shutdown at 100% load decrease and increase; - ensurance of turbine rotor constant rotations;

    - metering of electric power for consumers and auxiliary power; - indication of high-voltage switches position; - control of turbogenerator cooling; - control of recovery heat exchanger in accordance with program; - anti-icing system switch-on in accordance with program; - process monitoring of power plant performance ratings; - warning and emergency alarm; - connection with high level control system; - gas-turbine plant operation parallel to other power plants; - connection with fire protection system; - ventilation control per signal of increased gas content.

    In emergency mode automatic control system transfers the gas-turbine plant in one of the following operation modes:

    - full shutdown of gas-turbine plant; - transfer of gas-turbine plant to idle operation until operators decision; - transfer of gas-turbine plant to low mode.

    3.4. Complete air-cleaning unit Complete air-cleaning unit is designed for preparation of inlet cyclic air of gas-turbine engine

    from atmospheric mechanical contaminations. Complete air-cleaning unit is rectangular cross-section chamber with air intake section.

    Complete air-cleaning unit is equipped with air-cleaning double-stage system including inertial and slotted air-cleaning elements and air filters.

    Complete air-cleaning unit is equipped with by-pass valve designed for opening of cyclic air supply into medium section of complete air-cleaning unit (after air filters) at increase of pressure difference between atmosphere and medium section above estimated value.

    It is allow preventing possible brakes of air filters at the stoppage and the next hit of accumulating contaminations into gas-air flow duct of gas-turbine engine as well as except overloading of air intake duct of the plant.

    3.5. Starting device of Gas-turbine engine

    GTA-6R start is producing with using the electric starter: Electric starting device, AC, maximum capacity is 100110 kW.

    3.6. Lubrication system GTA-6R lubrication system separated for gas-turbine engine and turbogenerator, pressurized

    circulating.

    Oil applied:

    - for GTD-6R: S-8; - for turbogenerator: P22S per U 38-101821-83 of Russia;

    - p22 per GOST 9972-74 of Russia.

    Oil tankers capacity: - for GTD-6R 1.03 m3; - for turbogenerator 0.6 m3;

    Operation time without refueling - 900 h Nonreturnable oil losses, GTD-6RM, kg/mash.h - 0.4 , max Nonreturnable oil losses, TK-6-2RU3(TGS-8-2U3), kg/mash.h > 0,1.

    3.7.GTU Fuel system Fuel system consist of two subsystems: - fuel gas preparation subsystem; - fuel gas batching and supplying subsystem. 3.7.1. Fuel gas preparation subsystem. a) Fuel gas preparation subsystem is assembled on own frame. b). Work description GTU is working with fuel pressure 1620 bar throw one filter. Fuel temperature is +5 +70. For unit no-failure operation with dirty filter it is provided parallel using of second filter and globe

    valve (with manual drive) on enter and exhaust from the filter for filter open / closing to pipe. It is possible to change filter and clean it.

    3.7.2. Fuel gas batching and supplying subsystem consist of: cutoff valve, using for fuel gas cut off for batcher fuel gas batcher, using for gas supplying to combustion chamber injector. Batcher work together

    with Automatic control system (gas turbine subsystem) Starting up process like stop process work automatically by Automatic control system.

    3.8. Sound-heat proof shelter Block module shelter is used to protect unit from weather impact and acoustical action of

    running engine. It is include: -Sound proof panels with detachable fastening to the frame -Fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems; -Ventilation and heating system -Gas content control system -Lightening system -Others Block module shelter provide noise reducing to 80 dB.

    3.9. Electric technical equipment.

    Electric technical equipment work with parallel with electric utility. Turbo generator switch directly for infinite buses of high voltage dispatch device 6kV with

    vacuum circuit breaker. For GTU needs 0,4kV it is provide for low voltage dispatch device 0,4kV with one transformer

    6/0,4 kV For control, defense, alarm system, breakdown oil pump and breakdown lighting GTU is provided

    by storage battery with direct-current panel.

    4. Maintenance. Man-hours. after 3000 operating hours 30 man-hours; after 6000 operating hours 40 man-hours

    5. Transportation and storage

    GTA-6RM components can be transported automobile, railway and water vehicles without distance limits. Design of gas-turbine plant ensures its modular transportation.

    Spare parts for the product are preserved and shipped in containers for storage without represervation and must be kept for five years as shipped by the fabricator.

    Separate gas-turbine plant components, manifold set, spares, instruments, special devices and fixtures are packed in containers.

    Components and equipment package and preservation ensure their safety for two years as shipped by the fabricator.

    When gas-turbine plant components are kept for more than two years, revision and represervation of the equipment must be performed every two years on the gas-turbine plant in accordance with operation manual.

    6. Requirements for Customer to provide GTA-6RM standard operation

    Foundation preparation, assembly and operation of gas-turbine plant must be performed in accordance with operation manuals.

    Fuel preparation system:

    - Fuel gas pressure at inlet of fuel control equipment of gas-turbine plant - 14 20 kgf/cm2. - Fuel gas temperature 278...343 K (+5...+70 C).

    Solid additions content in fuel gas must be max 4 mg/kg, content of particles with size more than

    100 m must be max 0.3 mg/kg. In gaseous fuel provided to gas-turbine plant controls the presence of liquid and solid phase is not permitted.

    - Content in gas of agents causing metal corrosion (hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan sulfur, alkaline metals, chlorides, carbon dioxide) must be agreed between the supplier and the consumer. Content of water vapors in fuel gas should not exceed values corresponding to saturation state in fuel manifold.

    - In case of recompressor application for fuel gas preparation, oil content in fuel gas must be max 15 mg/kg of gas.

    Power supply system must provide supply of gas-turbine plant with AC, 380V for supply of starting oil pump, shaft-rotating unit motor, oil evacuation pump, automatic control system, tubular electric heaters of oil in oil tank.

    Adjustment and starting of gas-turbine plant at operation site must be performed under direct supplier supervision. Opening and reporting of set completeness must be performed at the presence of the supplier representative.

    Principal schemes of station fuel gas systems, oil preparation system, power supply, washing and other design documentation for gas-turbine plant disposition as well as its systems must be agreed with the supplier.

    7. Supplier Guarantees

    Saturn-GT guarantees correspondence of the gas-turbine plant to the operation requirements when operation conditions, transportation and storage requirements are fulfilled by the Consumer in accordance with the specifications and operation manuals. Guarantee operation term is 12 months as the gas-turbine plant is commissioned but not more than 18 months as shipped by the fabricator if all requirements of operation manual are fulfilled by the Customer. Saturn-GT (the Supplier) guarantees free of charge elimination of failures and damages as well as replacement of parts and components damaged during guaranteed term due to failure or premature wear-out because of application of not quality materials or materials noncorresponding to operation conditions, unsatisfactory fabrication. Guarantee terms for components are determined in accordance with specifications for their supply and should not be less than the gas-turbine plant guaranteed operation period

    8. Terms of Supply

    GTA-6R delivery term is 12 months after signing the agreement by the Customer and receipt of advance payment.

    9. Service

    Saturn-Gas Turbines service Management is responsible for assembling, commissioning and service of our objects. - More then one hundred service experts check and fulfilled all services types.

    Principle of operation to fulfill complex services to Customer, co-ordination of GPU building suppliers and contractors interaction. Operation and Service Department

    was founded in 1996. The main business of this Department is:

    - After sale guaranty service;

    - After sale service non guaranty products by service contracts; -Units repair in the operation company; - Recognize, registration, fault analyze in operation; - Technical assistance for operation companies; - Control for observance of service and operation rules; -supply of spare parts, equipment and devices and technical documentations;

    - Customer GTU operation stuff study. For Customer offer Saturn Gas turbine organize the service point in the Customer

    field. The Saturn Gas turbine specialist make: - diagnostic; - consultations; - hardware replacement (if it need)

    During guaranty period service is free of charge For overhaul time Saturn Gas turbine give the reserved engine in lease.

    Steam recovery boiler Attachment 1

    Steam recovery boiler with silencer and exhaust stack is designed for overheated steam production owing to exhaust gases heat recovery. Silencer ensures low exhaust noise at permissible level.

    Boiler is positioned behind GTA-6RM plants on theirs own bearings.

    Attachment 2 DKSB-9/2-25 BLOCK-MODULE FUEL COMPRESSOR STATION

    Block - Module fuel compressor station is designed for recompressing of natural gas and oil gas, pressure from 1.03.0 kg/m2 (excessive) to 16.0 kg/m2 (excessive) and compressed gas supply to fuel system of GTA-6 power generation station.

    Compressor design is an screw compressor. For compressor drive 2-stage asynchronous engine 740/370 rpm, rated capacity 160/75 kW, voltage 380, 50Hz is used.
