- Keep the view of the building to the east of the project- Creating a rhythm and organize spaces around the central space- Align and maintain the openings towards the Place St. George

The project focuses around a central space which is the first point of the porject : 3 inde-pendent rooms for students who will have an autonomy in the first floor.The top floor allows the residents to come together, eat and rest , taking advantage of the balcony that is oriented to the south.The light and the view has play for the shape of the building.

My intention was to rethink the traditional home using conventional methods and forms, changing volumes and materials.

There is a natural concrete of 60cm high to valorize the white concrete above and found on the other facades. This is also a protection against rain and storms.

TheThe roof is in corten steel, that allowed to show the degradation with time which is like a sign of evolution.

This project was the first with a long work of urbanism to restaure and keep the way the long of the river of Vichy, «Le Sichon». Starting from there, I create a building that let people enjoy the river with the way in wood while the project is full in glass and concrete.

ThisThis contrast made the building more impor-tant in the city landscape.

Finally, I tried to keep the urban style of Vichy for the facades of the housings.

Located north of Barcelona in the Vallès Occidental, the project is long on the area of highway between Girona and Barcelona. the site is already a point of meeting for pro-fessionals since it is the only understand a bridge to change direction on the highway. The project therefore uses this strength to ensureensure quick and easy access to corporate seminars.The project aims a diverse clientele: employees, CEO and individuals vacancy tourists as truck driver.It may be noted first that the project has become

embedded in the topography.The square and rectangular geometric figures offer views on the highway and the distant landscape thus offering a rich and different way at every moment.In addition, its dynamic form part in this flux on the 2x3 adjacent lanes.

The project plan consists of two distinct parts.The first is organized by the modules that make up the plane between squares and rectangles. This is a free plan which comes to organizing ellipses define by the furniture and walls cut by orthogonal elements.TheThe second is seen created by the retaining wall, is the limit of the module. It comes crashing down, sink and deformed against it.

Backbone of the project, the structure is made here as the archetype of the scaffolding. A basic module is 12 * 12m, it is then completed by beams welcoming each in turn corridors, rooms, meeting rooms, stairs and lifts or simply the facade and roof.
