    /ent to a dis!o dan!e /ith fello/ !re/ members Thamer "l&'a::a/iand "llah "l&'a::a/i, both Saudi nationals( ;e!ause it /as almostmornin /hen the. returned to their hotels, the. areed to ha0ebreakfast toether at the room of Thamer( room, "llah left on some pretet( Shortl. after he did, Thamerattempted to rape plaintiff( -ortunatel., a roombo. and se0eral se!urit.personnel heard her !ries for help and res!ued her( ?ater, the8ndonesian poli!e !ame and arrested Thamer and "llah "l&'a::a/i,the latter as an a!!ompli!e(
