Summary of Findings• River Road is currently close to capacity during peak
hours• Traffic volumes on River Road (east of Buckingham)
will be reduced by 50% from 2010 to 2013 PM peak• Traffic volumes on River Road in 2031 will be lower
than the existing traffic volumes• Internal access can be accommodated with future
development• Improved connections with SFPR will be considered
