• Reservations are confirmed only when there is a 50% deposit made with a signed contract.
• The full total amount must be remitted 3 days prior to the function, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing on the contract.
• The Divi Flamingo Beach Resort and Casino requires a credit card on file for any additional charges and/or balances that may be incurred during the event including damage done to the property. You will be held responsible for your guests’ behavior.
• Confirmed number of guests must be submitted to the F&B department at least 1 week prior to the function. In the event that your party should fall below the confirmed number of persons, you will be charged 30% of the difference.
• Dinner Buffets require a minimum of 30 people with a 5% attrition.
• In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0-14 days prior to the event –the deposit will be retained by the hotel.
• We require a minimum of 2 hours if you select the open bar beverage service.
• All prices are subject to change
• ABB tax and 18% service fees are NOT included in prices.
• The hotel will provide linens, chair covers, & decorations for all events. The price for the decorations is included in the set up fees.
• All payments can be made in cash, credit, debit, check or with direct bill to Divi Flamingo’s MCB Acct: 10318506 with mention of the event’s name and date per the contract.
