Victoria Hickey of Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeing patient Ben Pinegar.
The team of professionals at Montshire Pediatric Dentistry include board certified pediatric dentists, Dr. Jonathan Norris (Dr. Jonny) and Dr. Colin Boswell (Dr. Colin), and new to the practice, Bryn Boswell, DDS (Dr. Colin’s brother). They all share a desire to practice in a community where their skills could be best used for the betterment of the community, and to truly make a positive impact.
“The experience your child has at the dentist influ-ences them for a lifetime,” says Norris. “We believe in working cooperatively with parents to provide a positive dental experience for your child. Our field is dentistry, but our focus is children.”
“We transferred to Montshire Pediatric Dentistry when we heard that they are accommodating to chil-dren with special needs,” says Heather Plante, whose son is a patient at this practice. “The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable for him as a patient and me as a parent. I am a parent with tons of ques-tions; it was nice to have the questions answered with a positive attitude.”
During COVID-19, Montshire Pediatric Dentistry actually increased in business. The Keene location grew from 11 patients at the time of inception to 4800!

Norris adds that due to their unprecedented growth, the practice has also purchased and is cur-rently renovating a new building located in Henniker, with an anticipated opening in May.

This is a fundraiser for the Keene VFW Post so they may have funds to help veterans and their fami-lies, VFW member or not, who need financial help. Because of the many businesses who donate to this event, The Post is able to keep the cost to their 150+ community guests at only $10 again this year and still make a decent profit for their cause.

Imagine That Honey: Beekeeping & Our Love of Pollinators Virtual Workshop
The Monadnock Food Co-op will host a virtual workshop, Beekeeping & Our Love of Pollinators, on Wednesday, March 9th at 6 p.m. with Jodi Turner of Imagine That Honey. Turner will be discussing the importance of honey bees, the environment, and planting suggestions for gardens and yards.
Turner and her husband Dean are organic bee-keepers and have winterized their bees with great success. They will share their knowledge and exper-tise with participants.
