Research Design This research is conducted using Descriptive Research design.Data Collection:Secondary Data:Secondary data are those data which are collected by some one else than the researcher for the same or different purpose. Secondary data is collected from news paper & internet.Primary Data:This is the data which are directly collected by the researcher from the field. Primary Data is collected with the help of questionnaire Sampling:Sample Population:Customer of the SBI Bank in Surat city.Sample Design:Non probability, Convenience sampling methodSample Size: 29 Respondent Limitation Of StudyRespondent is limited to Surat city only.The research has been centered to only 29 customers.It may possible that some of the respondents are not interested to give the accurate information about their experience with SBI.Limited time was available for interviewing the respondents. As a result it was not possible to get filled the questionnaire from the respondents personally.
