    Paper presentation guidelines:

    Abstract Note more than 500 words

    in Times new roman with 12 font size,

    1.5space with five key words.

    Full paper Not more than 3000

    words in Times new roman with 12

    font size, 1.5 space with references in

    APA style. All tables should be

    attached as Appendices.

    All papers submitted should be

    original, not presented or published

    elsewhere or being considered for

    publication elsewhere.

    Abstract and Full paper should have

There are ethical issues that rattention from organisations and at the same time within the contextlegal framework. As the ethical issues are primarily in ensuring tstake holders are treated equally and the societal responsibilities organisations are being taken care of and reaches the target aimHence it becomes important that every organization whether micro,medium and large organization, accepts the ethical and legal aspproviding human and societal responsibilities in total.     submission of full paper by 5th December 2015. The fee for presentation of the

    is: M Phil/ PhD scholars/ Contract faculty: Rs.200 and for Full time faculty:

    The fee includes registration, tea and snacks and working lunch. Certificates

    given to the paper presenters. Only two authors are allowed per paper. All the
