Non-profit research and education organization dedicated to the advancement of science and math education, specifically through the use of modeling and simulation technologies

Vensim

Vensim is used for developing, analyzing, and packaging high quality dynamic feedback models. 

Models are constructed graphically or in a text editor.

Features include dynamic functions, subscripting (arrays), Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis, optimization, data handling, and application interfaces.

AgentSheets

Agent modeling allows you to generate behaviors, build up in “what-if” situations (what would happen in the real world), and tell a reasonable story.

The noun in your story line is the agent, the adjectives are the depictions, the verbs are the methods/rules, and the adverbs are the conditions.

NetLogo

Multi-agent programming language and integrated modeling environment.

It comes with an extensive models library including models in a variety of domains such as economics, biology, physics, chemistry, psychology and many other natural and social sciences.

Beyond exploration, NetLogo enables the quick and easy authoring of models.
