of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor in violation of K. R.S. 218A.1416 by possessing buprenorphine, a schedule Ill narcotic, against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

That on or about December 10, 2017, in Russel1 County, Kentucky, Wendell Dawn McFerron committed the offense of Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class D Felony, in violation of K. R. S. 524.100 by believing an official proceeding may be instituted, she concealed, altered or destroyed physical evidence she believed may be used in the official proceeding with the intent to impair the availability of the evidence, against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
COUNT VI 11
That on or about December 10, 2017, in Russell County,Kentucky, Wendell Dawn McFerron committed the offense of Persistent Felony Offender, 1 e t Degree, in violation of K.
