 1. Click  All  Services  button  

 2. Click  the  Email  button  

     

3. Make  choices  on  screen:  a. Click  Add  Me  button  

if  you  want  to  send  the  scan  to  yourself.  

b. Click  Address  Book  to  search  for  others

c. Use  the  drop  down  triangle  under  Address  Book  and  choose  Search  Network.  Then  use  the  keyboard  to  type  a  name  and  click  Search.      

d. Click  the  name  you  want  and  click  the  To  è button.  

 

 4. Click  Close  (top  

right)  when  finished.            

5. Click  the  Advanced  Settings  tab  to  change:      Image  Options  

 

Resolution  (200  dpi  is  usually  sufficient)

You  can  also  make  Layout  adjustments,  such  as:      Orientation,  size,    

         Book  Scanning,  and/or      Reducing  or  Enlarging  the  image.          

     Under  the  E-­‐mail  Options  tab,  you  may  also  change    the  File  Name  and  File  Format
