CLS RCK 30 PREMIXED STRUCTURAL CONCRETE ANTISHRINKAGE AT HIGH PERFORMANCES Compliant with UNI EN 206-1 DESCRIZIONE Premixed structural concrete at high performances anti-shrinkage compliant with UNI EN 206-1 with class of resistance C 25/30, based on hydraulic binders, for interiors and exteriors with an high and constant quality level, produced with a computerised system, to apply by mechcanical projection or by hand to realized structural concretes in general. It does not attack metals, but protects them if they are completely enveloped. COMPOSITION Special sulphate-resistant cements, selected calcareous and siliceous aggregates with a grain size from 0 to 5 mm, special composition of specially studied fibres, natural additives tested for their specific use that give the product very high characteristics of fluidity, adhesion and workability. ADDITIVES The additives have only the function of giving the product optimal characteristics for processing, thixotropicity and water retention to give the product a controlled shrinkage, thus avoiding physical traumas such as cracks and consequent partial detachments from the support. They have only an active part in the manufacturing process, when the product is ripe they no longer have any active effect. They do not film and therefore their breathability remains the same as that of traditional products. They are non-toxic and biodegradable. CHARACTERISTICS A careful and selective selection of the raw materials, conducted to a perfect grain size curve, thanks to the use of its own crushing plants, produce, with the addition of water only, an exceptionally plastic and easily workable structural concrete, specific for the realization of collaborative castings and reinforced concrete where high strength characteristics are required, facilitating the realization of the same works even in places that are not reachable with normal concrete mixers. USE Structural castings in interiors and exteriors. Reinforcement castings on trapezoidal sheet metal or metal floors in general. Concrete in general with high strength characteristics (beams, pillars, plinths, etc.). Collaborative castings on girders/laterium floors, laterocement, wood. Castings of exposed elements. Castings of concrete floors. Castings exposed to carbonation corrosion(EN 206-1) APPLICATION Prepare the substrates by removing foreign bodies such as: dust, mud, bitumen, oil stains, etc.. The supports must be of inconsistent parts and be suitable for receiving reinforced concrete castings. Then provide reinforcements, connections, spacers and / or release. It is necessary to wet, beforehand, particularly absorbent or dry substrates or substrates exposed to hot climates. To be mixed in concrete mixers, planetary mixers, pneumatic pumps for substrates until the mixture is homogeneous; with screw mixer regulating the flowmeter up to optimal density. In case of use for floor castings, make sure to create expansion joints at most every 20 mq of surface area and around pillars that may pass through the floor. In case of high temperatures, wind and low humidity, it is recommended to protect from rapid drying. Pay particular attention to rapid drying in case of application on old or very absorbent substrates and in case of applications with low thickness. When casting again, always insert electro-welded mesh (take care to cut the concrete perpendicularly to the laying surface). Suitable antifreeze additive may be used.
