Application requirementsThe following application requirements apply to an application under Clause 43.01, in addition to those specified elsewhere in the planning scheme andmust accompany an application, as appropriate, to the satisfaction of the responsible authority:
A written statement assessing the impact of the proposal on the heritage place. The statement should include a description of the contributory elementsof the heritage place and how they have informed the proposal.
A written statement describing how the proposal meets the policy at Clause 15.03-1 of the scheme and the City of Moonee Valley Heritage Guidelines(Moonee Valley City Council, 2016).
For applications where demolition is proposed on the basis of the condition of a building, a written statement by a suitably qualified consultant assessingthe structural condition of the building and whether or not any defects can be repaired or restored.
A ConservationManagement Plan by a suitably qualified consultant in accordance with the Australian ICOMOSCharter for the Conservation of Placesof Cultural Significance 2013 (the Burra Charter).
A written statement describing the impact of the proposal on the health or appearance of any tree contributing to the significance or setting of a heritageplace.
