Greetings to all,

This afternoon approximately between 1330 and 1400 hrs one of our techs approached me about the scheduleand the scheduiing of patients.

As usual the conversation turned confrontational. I don't understand and/or really care why the tech's are soconfrontational wlth the schedulers.

I fully understand that were in an environment that requires "thick skin" but I don't need to work in a "HostileEnvironment" just because I "effectively" do my job.

ls it possible that maybe someone could have a meeting with the tech's to inform them that as a department werebehind and it will require alittle blood, sweat and tears in order to catch up?

Threatening or relusing to work isn't a way to resolve the depanment's problems. '

Thank you in advance,

Bruce
