4J Vision 20/20 Strategic Plan

The 4J Vision 20/20 Strategic Plan is a roadmap for the improvement of our schools and the future success of every student, developed through a collaborative community process. The plan was designed to reflect what the community wants our school system to look like and where the district’s limited resources should be targeted to best support student success. The process included:

:: 2,000+ responses to community survey:: Meetings with stakeholder groups, e.g. Student Advisory

Committee, Cultural & Educational Alliance :: 56-member Stakeholder Commitee made up of teachers, classified

Facility User Experience Study

1,200 participants submitted p thelast eight schools constructed tweaknesses of their design. Feedback was provided by staff, studentsparents, volunteers, building renters, and other community members who are familiar with one or more of these newer school buildings.
