Meet and read to Bark Dog at the Sun Valley Branch Library. Bark dog is a therapy dog who loves children. Your littles will enjoy this fun and unique storytime. Free admission. Event runs from 2-3pm.

Today, a Fire Service Day Open House will be conducted at all Los Angeles County fire stations. Fire Service Day offers the public an opportunity to visit their local fire station to learn about the services provided by dedicated personnel. Bring your kids out to climb on the red engines and meet real life heroes. Check your local stations for times.

Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Flea Market & Salsa Festival is back! Bring the whole family out to enjoy a car show, interactive family entertainment, food & fun for everyone! General admission starts at $6, children 9 and under are free. Event runs from 9am-4pm.

Select Pacific Theatres locations offer newly released films on Monday Mornings to accommodate parents with infants. This week enjoy a movie with your baby.

The Grinch does his best to undermine Christmas at Whoville with the help of his trusted dog and reindeer. The Granada Hills Branch Library invited you and your children to watch his oddly heroic journey. Free admission. Event starts at 3:30pm.

Join CCRC for our 23rd Annual Annabelle Godwin Play Day at Woodley Park. This FREE community event offers fun learning activities for both children and parents including a reptile exhibit, obstacle course, hair and face paint, music and more! Each child in attendance will receive a FREE age appropriate book. Event runs from 10am-1pm.

They craft; you shop, it’s Kids Club at your local Michaels! Kids 3 and up can enjoy a winter themed project. Sign up in-store, online or just drop in. $2 per project, supplies included. Parent or guardian must remain on premises during the event. Event start at 10am.

The Sagebrush Cantina Kids Club is every Tuesday evening. Enjoy free kid friendly performances and activities geared toward kids 10 and under. The Tarzana Community Cultural Center invites you to the San Fernando Valley Fun Fest. Families are invited to enjoy loads of entertainment, face painting, bouncy houses, and more! Presale tickets start at $5, adults and infants are free. Event runs from 11am-4pm.

Odd Nights at the Autry is a great Friday night for the family, including the dog! Live music, food trucks, art, handmade vendors, and so much more! Kids under 12 are FREE, general admission is $5 at the door (cash only) or get your tickets in advance online. Event runs from 6-11pm.

The Lancaster Museum of Art and History hosts Young Artist Workshops every 3rd Thursday of the month. Each workshop is based on one of the current exhibitions featured in the gallery. Young Artist Workshops are FREE to the public. Workshops typically start every 1/2 hour between 3-7pm.

The Sylmar Branch Library invites you and your littles to come out and enjoy some Building Brick sculpture fun! This free STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) will challenge your kids to create their wildest dreams. Free admission. Event runs from 4-4:45pm.

Home to over 60 of the world's most endangered felines, the Feline Conservation Center welcomes children and cat lovers of all ages to come and explore. General admission starts at $10, children 3 and under are free. Open 10am-4pm.
