BS with a Major in NursingThe School of Nursing offers the Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing degree to pre-licensure students at two campus sites in Ada and Durant. Pre-licensure students complete an eight semester program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing. Graduates who meet the Oklahoma state requirements for licensure, including a clear criminal background check, are eligible to apply to write the National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-CAT, RN) to become a Registered Nurse.
