Dear Parents & Students,

The tally is in and "School House Rock Live" was voted by our students to be the school production in the fall. This Emmy award winning Saturday morning cartoon series and pop album phenomenon has become the basis for one of the most fun musicals ever to hit the stage. If you like you can Google "School House Rock Live Jr." to hear some of the music and learn more about the show.

All students from grades K thru 8 are invited to participate in this performance. Speaking and singing parts are offered to students in grades 2 thru 8. An audition is required in order to be considered for a speaking or singing part. Students need to be prepared for auditions with their own music (CD).

Important Dates:

Friday, June 6Auditions 1:30pm until 3:00pm

Wednesday, June 11Cast assignments will be announced during a student/ parent meeting from 3:30pm until 4:15pm. This is a mandatory meeting for parents or guardians of students who are participating.

Friday, November 14 & Saturday, November 15Performance dates

Rehearsals will be held on Saturday mornings from 9:00am-11:00am beginning in September (this does not include K and 1st grade).A complete rehearsal schedule will be given out at the parent/student meeting.
