Please note the school registration deadline is December 1, 2011 and the individual attendee registration is not due until February 1, 2012. 2012 ASCE PACIFIC SOUTH WEST CONFERENCE Registration Forms

SCHOOL REGISTRATION:

In order to participate at the PSWC2012, each school must submit a completed School Registration Form and a $100 one-time school registration fee by December 1, 2011.

For more information refer to the enclosed School Registration Form. SCHOOL INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEE REGISTRATION:

The individual registration fee is $95 per attendee.

Each conference attendee (student, faculty, or guests) must register for the PSWC 2012 by February 1, 2012.

The School Individual Attendee Registration Form can be found online at: http://www.pswc2012.org/registration.html.

Only one form should be submitted per school.

In order to compete in events for their school, attendees MUST be registered as "students" not "guests" or "faculty."

An underclassman is any student who has completed less than 60 semester units or less than 90 quarter units. All other students are considered as upperclassmen.

The $95 individual registration fee will cover the following: o One PSWC 2012 Awards Banquet Ticket o Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday o Conference T-Shirt o Conference Program and name tag

Additional banquet tickets may be bought using this form for $70 each. LATE SCHOOL INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEE REGISTRATION:

Any registrations postmarked after February 1, 2012 must pay a late registration fee of $120 per person.

Late registrations must be RECEIVED by February 10, 2012.

The Late School Individual Attendee Registration Form will be posted on our website, www.pswc2012.org, on February 1, 2012.

TENTATIVE GENERAL SCHEDULE:

Enclosed you will find the Tentative General Schedule.

Any locations/schedules posted before March 1, 2012 are tentative and subject to change.

All locations/schedules will be finalized and posted/updated online by March 1, 2012. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

The PSWC 2012 Planning Committee recommends the following 3 hotels as they have established a special group rate for our event:

COMPETITION RULES:

Rules (or dates for when teams may expect rules to be released) were published on our website, www.pswc2012.org, on October 1, 2012.

The PSWC 2012 Planning Committee will do their best to update schools of major changes; however, schools are responsible for checking the website for the most up to date rules/deadlines.

Any rules found on our website after January 1, 2012 will be final and complete. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:

Participant requirements for all events will be enforced at the PSWC 2012.

Competitors should be able to show a valid photo ID AND their conference name tag when asked by a PSWC judge or volunteer.
