Magical popcorn

• Dixie cup of popcorn kernels• Water• Vinegar• Baking soda• Clear plastic cup• Beaker• Spoon• Funnel

Procedure:(What will you do? List step-by-step directions)

• Pour popcorn kernels in a clear plastic cup. Add 50 ml of water into beaker. Pour water into plastic cup with popcorn kernels

• Add 50ml of vinegar into beaker. Pour vinegar into plastic cup with water and kernels.

• Observe… where are the kernels?

• Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda
