    Useful and Harmful Microorgaisms

    USEFUL MICROORGANISMS

Microorganisms such as yeast are useful for making bread ,tapai andtempeh

Bacteria are very useful for making fertilisers. They break down deadplants and animals and other organic matters to form fertilisers

Fungi and bacteria also can be used to produced antibiotics

Bacteria are also used to produce alcoholic drinks

HARMFUL MICROORGANISMS Harmful microorganisms are microorganisms that have negative

    effects on our health

    The effects of microorganisms:

    -Cause illness

    -Cause food poisoning

    -Cause food to turn bad

    -Cause tooth decay
