OBJECTIVE: Oriented toward promoting a transformation of the knowledge and skills accumulated by a research group throughout their years of experience, in business technologies applied to new products, processes or services, with the aim of establishing a technology-based business.
• TARGET GROUP: Research groups based in public or nonprofit private institutions dedicated to scientific and/or technological research.
• MAXIMUM TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBSIDY: $ 320,000.
PRIETEC 2008Technological Equipment and Infrastructure Projects
OBJECTIVE• Expand the operational capacities of R&D institutions, to facilitate the
incubation of technology-based businesses and/or companies.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the goods and services-producing sector, on the basis of the capacities installed in R&D institutions.
• Create favorable conditions for training human resources of excellence with the capacity to insert themselves in the socioeconomic environment.
• Update and adjust the existing infrastructure to the current standards on security, hygiene and habitability.

Support to New Enterprises
Objective
Stimulate the flow of new ideas from SIN businesses, in order to
significantly expand the number of technology projects that can
be transformed into the foundation for a new TBE.
• Stages: Application for authorization / evaluation / incorporation into Registry /
Formalization of authorization for two years / Application for remuneration
(Basic Subsidy for Planned Services or Bonus for Success) / evaluation for
remuneration.

Funding to TBEs (PAEBT)
• Presentation mode: Support Plan for a TBE (PAEBT), consisting of a maximum of 36 months of implementation and documentation by the applicant.
• Targets: individuals, public or private institutions
• Amount to be subsidized: $2,500,000 for each PAEBT
• The subsidy cannot be equivalent to more than 75% of the total cost of the PAEBT activities.
Up to $ 2,500,000 / capital goods, consultation and services, materials and inputs, travel and travel expenses
