Dear Colleagues,

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the 8th Annual Conference of Tanta

Nephrology Unit, Internal Medicine Department, Faculty of Medicine, Tanta

University in collaboration with the Egyptian Society of Nephrology and

Transplantation (ESNT), that is held at Mediterranean Azur Hotel, Alexandria.

The conference is preceded by the 9th ESNT Interventional Nephrology

workshop that is held at Tanta University Educational Hospital.

The conference is endorsed by the International Society of Nephrology (ISN)

and is held in the context of Tanta Sheffield Sister Renal Centers Program.

This year’s theme is “Recent Advances in Nephrology”. The conference has

included a diversity of topics presented by faculty members from many

different medical institutions. This brings a plurality of interests and

perspectives to a single location. Certainly your attendance and active

participation will enrich the conference.

We are looking forward to a successful meeting with many delightful
