Church of Scientology International has adopted membership in the

International Association of Scientologists as its official Scientology Membership

1. Any Sdentologist whois in good standingwtth a

Church ·ofS",.ientology maybecome a member of the

Assoriation.

2. Anyone who is not a Scientologist but who is in

agre.em.ent with the Pledge to Mankind and the

Aims 0 . 1 ' Scientology may, upon contribution to the

Association, be accorded the status of Associate by

the Association. Associate sterns-does not entitle the

holder to the benefits and pri vi leges of 1 1 1 e T T l be rsh i.

3. There are three categones of.membership:

Introductory rvtembership, Annual Membership and

Lifetime Mem bersh i.

4. Introductory Membership is available to new

Scientologists. There are no dues EoI ' Introductory

Membership. Introductory Membership is valid

for a period of-six months and is not r.C:!ncwable: an

individual may ol.Jl:,rill Introductory Membership only

once ,

Introductory Members are issued all Introductory

Membership card, They will receive the Assoclatlon's

magazine Imparl and other mailings frcm the

Association during the course of thei r rnern bersh tp ,

5. AnnualMembership is valid fOT one year.

the Association andare $450 US. (or its equivalent 1!1

other currencies) in most countries,

AnnuaJ Membership may be renewed at any time

by payment to the Association of I:henext year's

membership dues. Aunua IMembersh ip entitles the

holder to an the benefits and privileges granted by the

Asscoiarion to its members,

6. Lifertrue-Meur bership is valid for the duration ofthe

present llfetirne of the holder, Membership dues for

Lifetime Membership are $3,000 U.S. (or its equivalent

in other currencies). Lifetime Membership entitles the

holder to all the benefits and privilegesgranted by the

Association to ·it5members,

7 . Special honor statuses may be awarded by th e

Association for outstanding contrfbutlon as

designated b y the Associatton. These henor 'statuses

holder. Special r l ?cQgn lhons and awards are giNen to

members who-have attained these honor statuses.

8. The honor status of Founding Member is granted to

all with Lifetime Membership dated 3'1 December

1994 or earlier. This honor status is valid for the

lifetime of the member, Founding Members are

eligible 1 ' 0 1 ' a.11benefits and privileges ofrhisstajus < 1 S

announced. including a Founding Member certificate

and Founding Member U letime Membership card.

9, Introductory Nlembers may apply for Annual

Membership or Lifetime Membership at any time.

Annual Members may apply fot Lifetime Membership

at any time.

10.Membership in anycategory is not transferable, nor

are an y rlghts, benefits or privileges or;membership

transferable,

11. The Association accepts donations inany amount

from membersor non-members.

12. Membership dues and donations to the Association

axe not refundable.

13 . Membership in any category or Associate status

m O l Y be cancelled should the member, OT Associate,

publicly disavow or attack the Association or; in the

(;,lSI;!of a-member, fail to remain in good standing

with a Church of SCientology.

14. Members are requiredto keep their mailing

address up-to-date with th e Association so vital

com rnun lcation may be relayed ..The Association

in tLI rn.W ill gua rantee t hat sue h , in forma non "is

kepi: secure and only used in fnrwarding the Aims

of the Scientology religion and the purpnse of the

Association.

15 . Members have .the dght to participate in all
