Returns & Exchanges

All prices are FOB Minneapolis, MN and are subject to change without notice. Discrepancies should be reportedimmediately to Scojo New York at 800-817-4318. Prices do not include shipping.

Invoices are issued for each shipment and payment is due according to the payment terms indicated on the invoice. Afinance charge of 1 ½ % per month will be added to any account 30 days past due. Scojo New York will not ship toaccounts with overdue balances. Accounts with overdue balances beyond 90 days will be submitted for collection.Scojo New York accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) Net 30 (with signed credit application and approved credit rating) Customer will be charged $30.00 for any check not honored by the bank for any reason.

Scojo New York guarantees a high quality product and will repair or replace products with factory defects at no chargefor a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products purchased at special salesor discounted pricing.

The Scojo New York warranty does not cover frames that have been broken by personal wear and tear or abuse or otherconditions not associated with a factory defect. Any and all warranties are null and void if factory lenses are removedand/or replaced. Frames that have been discontinued during the 12 month warranty period may be exchanged forframes of similar value.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and copy of original invoice. All returns mustbe in resaleable condition with all original packaging. Any product returned without the original packaging willbe assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Frames may be returned for exchange, refund or credit, provided the frame is returned within 15 days of the actualpurchase date and meets the above criteria.

Frames may be returned after 15 days if accompanied by an offsetting new order. The return cannot exceed 10% of thisnew offsetting order and must meet the above criteria.

Frames that have been used as samples or excessively handled may not be returned at any time. Discontinued modelsthat are final sale may not be returned.

The customer is responsible for freight charges to replace product.
