The Motoforce SPORT 70cc is a grey cast iron cylinder with a tidy finish for daily use. It offers good value for money and is thus an ideal entry-level solution for you if you have considered providing your engine with more torque and power. The cylinder manages about 9-10 hp.

With the brand Stage6 we can supply you with state-of-the-art aluminium cylinders made in Italy by Athena - for a price scarcely higher than what you normally have to pay for a conventional cast-iron cylinder. Due to the fact that we have the cylinders built directly by Athena, there is no intermediary involved who also wants a piece of the cake.

This 70cc Sport cylinder is made of grey cast iron; free-revving and, above all, with massive bottom end punch. Ideal for everyday use. Its power is mainly based on the increase in capacity, which makes it a reliable cylinder. kept, but the main jet should be increased by around 5-10% (just as a rule of thumb).

MHR racing cylinder from Malossi - one of the strongest ones of its capacity class, only the 50cc MHR TEAM cylinder is better. Exhaust port is equipped with two auxiliary ports. In conjunction with the right exhaust and a larger carburettor, you can expect about 10-13 hp.

Motoforce Evolution

The racing crankshaft increases primary compression as well as the gas shifting efficiency of the cylinder. The power output is increased and the power band is widened, the engine revs higher. High quality of materials guarantee reliability up to 15000 Rpm.

High quality crankshaft by Malossi. HPC stands for high primary compression, or in plain English, it's a fullcircle crankshaft. The higher primary compression leads to a better charge, which moves the power band up the rpm range. Slightly weaker acceleration but more power are the results.

The Stage6 HPC (high primary compression) crankshaft is a full-circle crankshaft, and as such increases primary compression in the crankcase. It has been developed in cooperation with F. Koopmans and is completely made of metal (i.e. no plastic padding). The bearings can handle up to 16,000 rpm! Made in Italy.

State-of-the-art full circle crankshaft. Equipped with high quality silver thrust washers and bearings, this is an inexpensive option for all midrace and racing engines of up to 15,000 revs.

New version for 2011. The variator from the Motoforce Racing series sets new standards when it comes to price performance ratio. The performance has been visibly improved, offering even better shifting characteristics.

The MULTIVAR is a sturdy high-quality variator from Malossi. Included in the package are a torque spring and a set of 16x13mm weights. CAD-designed roller area to give very good acceleration and a wider range.

These HI-SPEED variators are Polini's newest develop-ment for the 50cc engines. They are of high quality and feature an optimised ramp design. Furthermore, every kit includes a torque spring that prevents belt slip and thus ensures better power transmission.

The variator comes adjusted for use with a 50cc cylinder and a Stage6 ProReplica exhaust system. It has been developed and optimised for use with Stage6 SportPro/ Streetrace or similar 70cc sport cylinders though. The back of the variator and the roller tracks are hard coated.

Working closely with the Stage6 Racing Team and other IDSM riders, German tyre manufacturer Heidenau has now developed the second, enhanced version of the full slicks. The extra soft compound together with the race-designed section promise excellent grip even during extreme cornering - take care not to scrape your lower fairings on the tarmac!

With its years of experience in the mini bike, scooter and model car sector, PMT is a well-known Italian manufac-turer of racing tyres. A choice of compounds is available to cater for different vehicle, track and weather conditions. Also available is a rain tyre (Intermediate).

This unique Stage6 tyre is the result of a collaboration between DSSC e.V. and tyre manufacturer Heidenau. Thanks to the super-soft compound and the flat tread, the DRAGRACE slick offers at low pressure excellent grip and minimizes tyre slip when starting.

In addition to the TT92 GP, Dunlop also offers the TT72 GP for scoots with 12 inch wheels. These super-soft rain tyres are the result of years of experience in racing. The tyre proved its worth for example in the 24h Harzring Race in 2008: the Stage6 Racing Team used the TT92 GP in the 70cc class.

We offer good and inexpensive tyres from Deestone. Deestone offers long life and high mileage. The D805, the slightly sportier tyre for everyday use, is available in 10, 12 and 13 inch and has an E-mark.

Continental's latest model: the ContiTwist or Twist for short. Very sporty design and cool dragster style thanks to the fact that this tyre is quite wide compared to other ones of the same size.

The Continental Twist Race has an extremely soft rubber compound, which makes for excellent grip and cornering abilities. It is therefore ideal for racing scoots.

Heidenau's Snowtex series has been developed to retain responsive handling with rain and snow (slush). Same tread pattern as K58 but reinforced with tread ply which ensures good traction even on icy streets and during sleet. The tyres should be run-in 150-200km.

Sonderserie. Die verchromte Version des Tecnigas Next-R. Allerdings bekommen wir diese Anlagen nur sehr schwer, in kleinen Mengen und unregelmäßig bei. Beachtet bitte den Lagerbestand oder rechnet mit längeren Lieferzeiten. Außerdem mussten wir feststellen das die Qualität des Chroms.

The Stage6 R/T rev counter is the ideal instrument to set up your engine, a real must-have for racing applications. It has a large display with fast digital read-out and can be used with two-stroke and four-stroke engines.
