Remember, don’t spend too much time thinking over any one question .Give the first, natural answer as it comes to you.

• 25 to 35 min by computer.
Computer Administration:

16PF word .com services
Research has demonstrated that; Scores obtained from computerized
administration are equivalent to scores obtained via paper and pencil administration.(Mead and Drasgow,1993)
Paper and Pencil Administration:Simple and Clear;
• The administrator may either read aloud the instruction or request examinees to read.. Silently, responding to their questions as necessary.
..not to make any marks in the test booklet.
..avoid skipping any questions and choose the first response that comes to mind.
Continue…Before starting the test;o Examinees are asked to complete the grid
for NAME and GENDER.During Testing; o The administrator should check that
examinees are making responses appropriately.
AT the end of testing;o …the grids have been completed and that

sheet should be varied for completeness; 1. IDENTIFICATION GRID information has been
provided; Name(or I.D no.) and gender.
2. All 185 items have been answered.
o Completion of all items is desirable, o ..having 12 or fewer incomplete items is still
scorable,o Answer sheet having 13 or more incomplete
items must be completed before scoring.
Continue… NORM GRID has been completed ;

items completed.
3. Multiply the quotient in procedure 2 by the total no. Of items in the scale.
4. Round the product in above procedure to the nearest whole number.
