Brazos Rock Energy ServicesSouth Texas Regional Manager – (2013 – Present)Responsibilities encompass managing of multiple projects as well as multiple project managers, all in the midstream oil and gas industry. Duties include the management of facilities as well as pipelines civil and I/E. The most resent project was with a CO2 injection facility.

Sunland Industries, Inc.Project Manager - (2012- 2013)Assigned to pipeline projects and compressor stations in south central Texas. Responsibilities encompassed all facets of Project Management over all crafts. Installation of pipe and equipment for three compressor stations and all underground pipe in between. Pipe sizes ranged between 2” through 48” including launchers, receivers, provers, can pumps, MCC buildings pipe racks, and etc. Primarily worked on Plains Pipeline projects.

This position required direct supervision and mentoring of all assigned project craft personnel in addition to the oversight and supervision of all subcontractors. Additional project requirements included the development of material requisitions, bid evaluations, and testing requirements.

As the Project Superintendent this position included the overseeing of the specified craft pertaining to the design build of a fifty (50) million gallon per year (MGY) dry grind ethanol production facility. This facility was taken from “Notice to Proceed” (NTP) to “Substantial Completion” in exactly one year to the day with no lost time accidents. The exemplary quality of craftsmanship and teamwork resulted in a successful plant start up with no required outages. This facility continues to run with an exceptional operating record consistently setting new milestones and production records in the industry.

Big River Galva LLCAssigned as multi-discipline Craft Superintendent directing the fabrication and installation of pipe, instrumentation and millwrights. As the Project Superintendent this position included the overseeing of the specified craft pertaining to the design build of a one hundred (100) million gallon per year (MGY) dry grind ethanol production facility.

As the Project Superintendent this position included the overseeing of the specified craft pertaining to the design build of a one hundred (100) million gallon per year (MGY) dry grind ethanol production facility.

Project Recovery SpecialistThis position was a direct report to the Senior Vice President of Fagen, Inc. The primary objective of this position was to oversee and assist in the recovery of problematic Ethanol projects in the area of pipe fabrication and installation. Additional areas included millwright and instrumentation as necessary. Cost, Risk, and Safety analysis were performed to determine the steps necessary to expedite activities in the areas that were behind schedule and/or over budget. Examples of identified actions included; realignment of craft teams to achieve great quality and productivity, scheduling and assigning crews to night shift to avoid congested work areas, prefabrication, and painting were performed during the day and installed on second shift, utilization of special miscellaneous equipment.
