sd2labs proposed system Phase 1: Pre Development – Requirement Gathering & Project PlanningDiscussions on product functionality and design with the customer using the experience and insight of the sd2labs team. This phase also includes agreeing to broad level plan for landmark in the project.  Our team writes detailed user stories to map all the possible scenarios against all functionalities. This helps both the development team and the client to have a better understanding about the proposed application. This exercise leads to Sprint planning with creation of project milestones.  This also includes the design team to come up with mood boards for discussion on new design and brand strategy. In mood a board, the team creates a high level wireframe and design which is detailed enough to capture the preferred fonts, colours, inspirations etc. from the client.

It's a fantastic way of making sure the product management, product design, engineering and QA teams were all in sync!  The who/why parts are just as important as the when/what… makes sure that we’re building with a real user/use-case in mind. As [a user doing x or who has done x] I want to [do y] so that [benefit/result]. When I [do a] then [b happens].

When I select the Find Friends / Facebook option, then I can browse a list of my Facebook friends that also have a SystemX account; I can follow (or unfollow) any of the people on the list by pressing the "Follow" (or "Following") button against their name; I *cannot* tap on the avatar or name of a person on the list to see their profile.
