Thursday, 26th March 2020 Welcome Dinner

Overseas visitors are invited to a welcome dinner at the Uno Chinese Seafood Palace at Annapolis St, Greenhills, San Juan. Dinner will be hosted by R Wy Bro Reynato Puno Jr, Prov. GSR (West Pacific). This restaurant has historic significance as a similar welcome fellowship took place at this restaurant in January 2007 when the seeds of the brotherhood of David & Jonathan were first planted in Philippines by OSM brethren from Malaysia, Singapore & Hongkong. A stroll down memory lane indeed. Enjoy the warm hospitality of our gracious host. Please bring along your favourite alcoholic beverages.

Friday, 27th March 2020 Golf Fellowship

Azure Conclave No. 21 Meeting Dinner Fellowship

Have a game of fellowship golf at this historic and prestigious golf resort situated at Mandaluyong near Ortigas Centre. The resort boasts two 18-hole layout with a huge clubhouse. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

6.00am - bus pick-up at Crowne Plaza

5-7pm : Azure Conclave No. 21 meeting. This unique Conclave with a travelling warrant admits OSM brethren, MM, non-masons and ladies to their meeting in a convivial environment. A presentation expounding the virtues of friendship and brotherhood (the tenets of our Order) will be delivered by the Supreme Ruler. Venue for meeting is at the historic and exclusive Club Filipino situated in San Juan, Manila.

4.00pm - bus pick-up at Crowne Plaza Attire: Hawaiian Shirt with dark long pants for men, Sarong/batik/malong or flowery skirts for ladies, OSM members to wear jewel and sash of the Order.

7-11pm : A dinner fellowship will be held at the poolside of the Club immediately after the Azure meeting to be followed by singing, dancing and merry making.

Saturday, 28th March 2020 Executive Committee Meeting

Annual Convocation Grand Banquet

9-11am : Executive Committee Meeting for members of the EXCO.

9am-2pm : Ladies Programme. Shopping extravaganza at the gigantic Greenhills Mall. This mall covers 100,000 sm with 150 global brands and more than 2,000 tiangge stalls. Ladies can go wild here for souvenirs, handicrafts, exquisite filipino pearls. Lunch will be served at the Gloria Maris Shark's Fin Restaurant.

8.30am - vans pick-up at Crowne Plaza

2-6:30pm : Fourth Annual Convocation of the Grand Conclave of the Order of the Secret Monitor South East Asia, Installations of Grand Supreme Ruler, his Deputy & Assistant and Investiture of Grand Officers. Brethren to be seated by 1.45pm. Provincial Grand Conclaves will be received at 2pm. Grand Supreme Ruler will enter in procession at 2.15pm. Visitors and Ladies will be received at 4pm.

Attire: Grand Officers - white mess jacket, black long pants, tie/bowtie, jewel, sash of the Order. Members - dark lounge suit, OSM tie, jewels and sash, Ladies - formal gown

7-11pm : Grand Banquet

Sunday, 29th March 2020 Hertitage Tour

8am-2pm : Half day guided city tour of the present and past of Manila. Bus will pick up at the Crowne Plaza at 8am on a rolling tour of Rizal Park and Quirino Grandstand, it will then take you on a tour of the 16th Century Intramuros, the city within the walls built by the Spanish era of colonisation. The old gates and battlements have been restored to preserve the history of old Manila. Visit Casa Manila, a museum reflecting the lifestyle of the Spanish/Filipino elite. Then crossover to San Agustin Church, the oldest church in the country that withstood heavy bombardment during the Second World War; see cobblestone plaza & antique houses. Visit San Agustin Museum, adjacent to the church. It served as the country’s premier ecclesiastical museum. Proceed to Fort Santiago, a fortress built to protect the city from invaders. Lastly, visit Bahay Tsinoy, a museum that documents the history, lives and contributions of the ethnic Chinese in Philippine life and history. Lunch will be held at Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant with live string music. Proceed back to the hotel after lunch.
