sea scouting is fun with a purpose. Youth build physical fitness, character, and good citizenship—all while having a great time with family and friends. Most importantly, sea scouting encourages them to do their best—a lesson that will help them achieve success throughout their lives.

You will be a member of a ship.as sea scouts advance through the program, they are recognized for their achievements.

Youth are in charge of the activities, which include ceremonies, trips, and tons of fun! the adults advise, supervise, and support the youth.

FreQuentLY asKed Questions:How old do you have to be?at least 13 years of age and have completed the eighth grade, or be 14 years or older but not yet 21. Must have parent/guardian approval if under 18 years of age.

How often will we meet?sea scouts typically meet once a week for activities and planning trips.

Where will we meet?Meetings are usually held at a yacht club, church, or school.
