E&E Foods and the Wooding family are also partnered in Norton Sound Enterprises, the entity that runs one of our at-sea processors, p/v Norton Sound. This partnership allows Wild Select Seafoods to process their salmon immediately upon harvesting to preserve the freshness and unique texture and color of Sockeye Salmon. All salmon are immediately �ashfrozen head o� ensuring maximum quality.

Fresh-frozen wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is available from Wild Select Seafoods year-round. Fresh-frozen products minimize shrinkage, keeping yields and margins high.
