SPÄH’s tool manufacturing- the basisfor precision, performance and econo-mic operations. Depending on the material,the number of pieces and the type, wemanufacture using the appropriate tooling:compound dies, keen-edged cutters, shear cutters, or steel strip cutters. A large stock ofstandard tools keeps tooling costs down to aminimum.

Our materials experience – your assurance

We supply seals and stamped parts inany shape including high precisiondesign with filigree contours and highlycomplex forms. In terms of dimensions,we can supply you with the completerange from 1 up to 10,000 millimetres.To complete the range, there are insula-ting parts, rings (from approx. 2 metres

these are glued together in segments),strips and sections. With a view to accu-racy and contour precision, we work inthe micrometer range.

In production, depending on the material,shape, dimension and precision of theseal or of the stamped part, we utilise

the following processes: hand finishingof the parts, stamping, die-cutting,water-jet cutting. All of the productionprocesses are subject to continuous qua-lity management procedures as per DINEN ISO 9001:2000, supplemented byinspection methods as specified by theclient. It is here that our basic principleof „Quality is Partnership“ is applied.Your added value.

The character as the sum of the properties ofa material is the deciding factor for its capa-bilities and performance. When recommen-ding materials we pay attention to propertiessuch as:
