Project Objective and Research Approach:
- Audited and renamed several hundred files containing drawings related to parts or tools made by Sikorsky so that they referred to their contents by drawing number.
Results / Accomplishments / Next Steps:- Hundreds of Sikorsky drawings can now be
searched quickly by drawing number.

Project Objective and Research Approach:
- Compile library of all Sikorsky files and drawings, contracts with Sikorsky, and part lists made by Sikorsky.
- CD’s were numbered and content was recorded in Excel.
Results / Accomplishments / Next Steps:- After organizing and recording contents of CD’s,
they were filed in 3-ring binders with printout of data lists.
- Identified gaps in data files. - Data will be used to support future aircraft
modifications and changes.

Project Objective and Research Approach:
The 20-year-old VH-3D & VH-60N Computer Resources management document does not reflect the current VH Fleet manuals nor management requirements and needs to be updated. I regenerated this document and corrected basic information in preparation for management update.
Results:
- Substantially corrected 174 page CRLCMP document and recreated necessary data to support next update phase.
- Program Office now able to distribute document across team for updates.

Support Equipment Data Audit

Project Objective and Research Approach:- Identify whether Fleet HMX-1 manuals had
approved support equipment and highlight any unapproved equipment.
- Achieved by thorough audit of each manual side by side with the list of NAVAIR approved support equipment. If a piece of support equipment in a manual was not found in the list of approved equipment, the manual and section were added to a list for further analysis.
Results / Accomplishments:- Completed audit of three maintenance manuals. - Manuals will be updated with corrections.
