Recently our family has discussed the possibility of establishing a small business focusing on the current community needs.It was then decided that there was a strong case to develop a Holiday Retreat for the elderly. Our vision therefore would be to supply the elderly and retired with affordable accommodation in a peaceful environment located in a spectacular seaside location.

A brain storming exercise has identified our needs as being; Accommodation style being Bungalows, dormitory and a small clusters of housing. Seaside location at Butler Bay being on approx XX areas
