MIAMI BASEBALL HAS ARRIVEDDear Marlins Season Ticket Holder,

As we enter the most exciting time in our team’s history, I am proud to share with you our vision of what will be an incomparable baseball experience in the heart of Miami. Our entire organization is committed to making our state-of-the-art, retractable roof ballpark the crown jewel of South Florida. I look forward to April 2012 when we will experience this dream together and our new ballpark opens for the enjoyment of all for generations to come.

The New Marlins Ballpark represents not only our community’s finest new facility, but also America’s next truly great sports venue. Built on the grounds of the storied Orange Bowl, this beautiful new structure was designed with you in mind. You’ll enjoy a completely new baseball experience, with exciting elements that will make you want to come back again and again. What we’ve created is a unique baseball-only environment, filled with special features, entertainment, and food options that you’ve never experienced before.

We’re excited that we achieved a perfect ballpark layout and a capacity that will deliver a great sense of intimacy. We added new dynamic features like a pool behind left field, ticketed seats in our outfield bar areas, and a constant view of downtown Miami through operable outfield windows. We also created a unique home run feature, and a one-of-a-kind aquarium. We even designed one of the best outdoor plazas in the country, where fans will be able to enjoy pre- and post-game activities with friends and family.

Best of all, you’ll never have to check the weather on game-days again because of the retractable roof. The park will be air conditioned to a comfortable 75 degrees, and we’ll put a roof over your head when the tropical rains approach on those summer nights. Imagine Marlins Baseball without summer heat or rain delays!

This Seat Selection Guide will explain the process to select your season tickets for 2012, outline the park’s features and options, and tell you when you’ll have the opportunity to select your seats. This is an extremely detailed and exciting undertaking, and we have put together this guide to better serve your every need.

A great benefit of being a loyal season ticket holder is that you’ve already established your priority status for Seat Selection. After learning more about our exciting new home, please complete the Seat Selection Form online at marlins.com/seatselection, or by mail in the enclosed envelope by June 14, 2010. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Seat Selection Team at 1-877-MARLINS.

On behalf of our entire organization, thank you for being a part of Miami baseball history. We all eagerly await Opening Day 2012 when this dream will become reality.

Best Regards,

Jeffrey H. LoriaOwner / CEO

MIAMI’S NEW MASTERPIECE

SIT CLOSER THAN EVER. Rarely have the words ballpark and intimacy blended so well together. Seats in the New Marlins Ballpark are among the closest to the playing field in all of baseball. Every seat has been placed with only one thing in mind – to provide you with the ultimate fan experience. You will always be comfortable, cool and close to all the action and excitement.

THE COOLEST PLACE IN TOWN. The state-of-the-art retractable roof will ensure that Marlins fans never again have to worry about the unpredictable Miami weather. Our roof and air conditioning will provide a cool, comfortable environment every day. At the ballpark, it will always be 75 and sunny! No more sweating! No more rain delays!

ESPECIALLY FOR BASEBALL. Designed as a baseball-only ballpark, our intimate new 37,000 seat home will have the best sightlines.

CONCOURSE OF ACTION. The ballpark will feature an open 360-degree Promenade Level, giving fans a live view of the playing field no matter where they are. The Taste of Miami concession stands will provide diverse and tasty culinary delights, and will be located in left field next to our signature bar looking out at Miami’s skyline.

EASY ACCESSIBILITY. The New Marlins Ballpark will contain accessible seating locations and aisle-transfer seats offering a full compliment of prices, locations and amenities.

EXCLUSIVE RESERVED PARKING. Parking will surround the ballpark and accommodate 5,700 cars. A majority of season ticket packages come with a reserved parking space right next door to the ballpark.

MAKE A SPLASH. Literally. Groups of Marlins fans hoping to enjoy a summer day in a swimsuit can reserve La Playa, a private seating and lounge area that includes access to a pool behind the left field wall. Watch the game from the pool, the bar, or your seats at field level—and get a great view of every play.

STATE OF THE ART. Your new ballpark is designed to be perfect for baseball, while at the same time pleasing all of your senses. An ‘urban gallery’, the New Marlins Ballpark includes an operable wall in left field providing fans with spectacular views of downtown Miami. The ballpark will also feature world-class art throughout.
