G115 coating is used on all panels, posts, corners, and clamps and provides over 25% more protection than the G90 used by others.

All systems offer quick and precise assembly.• Offset top lip allows panel holes to line up precisely.

• Staggered bolts on panels reduce hardware.

• Our 7/16" bolts with flanged nuts are easier to handle, especially in cold weather.

3 Secondary Containment

We provide a complete product offeringRectangular, oval, square, and round shapes are standard. Custom configurations (L-shape, U-shape or different corner angles) are also available.

Choose from four standard environmental colors. All painted parts are processed in Chief’s powder coating facility, which is one of the largest automated conveyor powder coat operations in the country.

Surface mount posts are used when surface penetration

is not desirable.

S-posts are used when surface may be penetrated.

Crossover stairs allow for safe entry and exit. They are

built of heavy-gauge steel, and designed according

to OSHA standards.

Crossover (bridges) extensions are available in 30", 60" and 120" lengths.

Foam tank bases can be easily assembled by a two-man crew and are available to fit any tank size.

• Lightweight foam core tank supports are easy to install.

• The tough polyurethane coating is UV stabilized and resists corrosion.

Pre-sprayed liner sections may be put in place prior to tanks being set. These sections can then be joined to the rest of the liner during the final assembly process.

Polyethylene liners can be converted to match the size of most containment systems.

Rapid sump system prevents rainwater from filling up the secondary containment structure.

Chief uses an automated quote program that is quick and accurate.Our convenient web-based quote program seamlessly calculates the size of a containment system based on the tank layouts and capacities, and transforms quotes into actual orders.

• To ensure an accurate containment capacity, the system accounts for information such as safety factors, spacing considerations, displacement factors and rainfall events.

• All confi guration information can be provided to the location owner to fulfi ll governmental requirements regarding capacity calculations.

• Containment systems can also be quoted when the location owner has already specifi ed the size and shape of the containment system.

• System drawings can be provided when required.

• Special packaging needs can be defi ned when the quote is generated and carried through on the order. For example, we can package individual systems together for quick identifi cation when the shipment is delivered.

• All optional parts and products (including freight) can be shown in the quote to refl ect fi nal pricing.
