Wealth - who doesn’t want it? Freedom of choices, less money stress, and most importantly, a greater peace of mind. Sign me up!

You see, being wealthy isn’t all about the money, as much as our society and the media glorify it to be. The actual definition of wealth - “a plentiful amount, rich or valuable content”, not only applies to the “green” stuff, the big ka-ching, but across all aspects of your life experiences.

Sure, beaucoup bucks is an awesome and a wonderful perk to being wealthy, however, being rich is really much more a state of being-where your “inner wealth”- your peace of mind and soul, an abundant spirit, matches your “outer wealth”- a generous nature, a joyful life, and yes, cash in the bank.

When we talk of the psychology of wealth what we really are talking about is the study and the definition of our true wants and desires at our highest level and then creating an action plan to get there.

So how do we get to that place, where we are living a balanced and joy-filled life, with less stress and more abundance? What is the secret

We all have connotations of how we personally define the word wealth.

Often times these are a carry-over from our past, and frankly, they really no longer fit in the paradigm to how we want to live our life going forward. Truth be told: this old way of thinking has kept many of us living our life way small and our pocketbooks feather-light.

So, instead of seeing wealth as just the amount in our bank account, let’s dig into wealth as an actual state of being.

Can you imagine being in a place where you have complete and utter joy in the enjoyment

of what you have, not longing for what you think will make you happy? What would that be like?

2. The Second Key to Unlocking your Money Code - the Power of your “I AM”

Many of us flounder when it comes to uncovering where we are most centered and fulfilled. We race from class to the carpool to the office, and squeeze in everything else in between, keeping ourselves in a continual state of fluster and a dull ache of dissatisfaction.

This one simple exercise described below, if you commit to make the decision to embrace your inner abundance of good, is to take a few

moments, right now, to uncover the magic of the power of “I AM”.

Please take these five minutes for YOU.

Start by sitting relaxed, wherever you are, breathing fully in and out

with deep belly breaths, and whether out loud or on paper, begin to repeat the phrase “I AM” adding to the “I AM” as the words come to you. Please move through the outer experiences of stress, anxiety and fatigue as they present themselves and move into your deeper self that experiences feeling of prosperity, happiness, pleasure, freedom, spontaneity, wealth, love, opportunity, enjoyment, spirit, balance, shameless, peace. It is yours to meme.

Please create a list of the words, phrases and experiences that come to mind, no matter how

silly they seem. Write everything down!

Go on, do this now! You are worth it!

Once you have this feeling Iron-Clad in your heart, do not let it go! To be incredibly crazy successful and happy, your “I AM” has to so clear that no one or nothing can take you off center.

GOT THAT? NO ONE OR NOTHING.

Chaos can ensue, you’re good. Someone flips out on you, inner smile of total coolness, verbal blunder, it’s nada, apologize and move on.

Why did it change my life? Because I realized I was worthy of pursuing all the dreams I was afraid to say out loud. I was frightened by my BIG, my excitement, my get up and go. When I accepted into the facts that LOVE was front and central, particularly love for myself, my life changed dramatically.

Trust the process!

It works!

Make your “I AM” mantra a daily practice, sometimes even a moment to moment, event, as needed. The clearer you become in this process the easier prosperity and abundance flows.

TRUST ME! I went from a waitress to running a multi-million dollar company I boot-strapped by living my “I AM”. My first one was “I AM LOVE” and it changed my life.

I renew my “I AM” annually and write it on a piece of stone to remind me of my “I AM”. And there it lies right on my desk. Every decision I make, every conversation I have, is based on my “I AM” and my life went from a hot mess to rockin’ ridiculous when I committed to my inner wealth builder. You can to!

Once you have created this inner sanctum of peace, joy or however you choose to describe it - this vessel where your inner wealth is happy-chappy, you are ready to move into the third code to wealth and

abundance.

Money is energy, simple as that. What energy does money hold for you, abundance or scarcity? Are you invigorated by your financial future or fearful, afraid that there will never be enough? These feelings can be so deep-rooted that we are often afraid to even open up to abundance in our own life for fear of loss, not only financially, but

emotionally, even spiritually.

Abundance, more than enough; plenty; having more than you need or want. To live in a continual state of abundance and wealth, we need to start at what we really want. I mean, really, really want. You have to know what brings you to your deep and joyful sense of fulfillment.

So many of us run from unearthing the “want” because we are afraid of being hurt, embarrassed or rejected. Unconsciously, I had felt unworthy of deep and long lasting love and financial abundance, and I didn’t even know that this dialogue existed until I did the following exercises.

I was floored!

Once, I uncovered my lie, my biggest fear, it didn’t seem so ugly. Identifying the “big ugly” and seeing the lies we tell ourselves is the fundamental key to unlocking a life of prosperity and abundance.

Get to your fear so you can get to your Abbondanza!

Embracing that other Four Letter Word!When I was growing up, we were not allowed to use the word rich. Maybe it was a catholic thing, but all I knew is that being rich, calling someone rich, somehow meant that you were breaking some cardinal sin, and who wanted to spend any more time in the confession booth? Not I!

Recently, when I looked up the true definition of the word rich, I realized I was in need of a serious reboot in my belief system around my money psychology. And fast!

So here it is, the word RICH as defined by Webster Dictionary: magnificent, sumptuous, having an abundant supply, extremely productive, pleasantly full and mellow, amusing.

Okay, so can I tell you something? I want my life to be exactly THAT! RICH!
