The following communication, dated 31 January 1991, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Australia.
Attached for Secretariat records is an original copy of documentation signing off Article XXVIII negotiations between Australia, the United States, European Communities, Canada and Israel arising out of the modifications to Schedule I notified in GATT SECRET/326.
I would be grateful if you could arrange to notify relevant contracting parties of the settlement of these negotiations, in accordance with the attached notification.
