HI VISIBILITY GARMENTS ARE USED IN AREAS WHERE IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO IDENTIFY CLEARLY, PERSONNEL WORKING IN A HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENT TYPICALLY ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE OR ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. GARMENTS ARE GROUPED INTO THREE CLASSES BASED ON THE CONSPICUITY PROVIDED, WITH THE CLASSES DICTATING THE MINIMUM QUANTITIES OF BACKGROUND AND RETROREFLECTIVE MATERIALS TO BE USED.

SCREEN PRINTING

Predominantly used for hi-visibility garments, industrial ink is used to print a company logo or required message on the back or front of the garment. The most common and economical logo print is done in 1 colour, but can also be done in 2 or more colours.There is no setup charge for the logo print and once a logo is on file it can be used as a formula for printing all future garments for that customer. Garments with ink print logos can be washed according to normal washing procedures as indicated on the label of the garment.

This is the most economical method for large printing quantities.

IN-HOUSE HEAT SEALING

We stock customers’ logos and heat seal the logo onto garments as required using our in-house heat seal machine. Logo stocking is subject to agreement and commitment from customers.
