INTRODUCTION

This section contains illustrated parts lists, and a recommended spare parts list for the H200 Series gun assemblies. The components of the various assemblies are listed and referenced by part number where appropriate.

Tables listing available H200 Series gun assemblies and thermostats are also provided.

Use of the Illustrated Parts List

Publication No.1 0 7 965A

1. Review the Parts Lists to determine the list containing the part or parts you want to identify. Each list's heading identifies a gun assembly's size, temperature control method, and gun firing method.

2 . Study the illustrations to find the specific part you want iden­tified.

3. Locate the item number of the part in the Item Number column.

4. The next three columns provide;

• the Part Number. A dash indicates that the item is a nonsaleable part or subassembly of a saleable assembly.

• the part's Description. The part's name, dimensions and physical properties are provided. Bullets indicate the level of assembly of the part. A part preceded by one bullet ( •) is a component of the assembly above it. A part whose description is preceded by two bullets ( • • ) is a component of the item above it whose description is preceded by only one bullet.

• the part's Quantity requirements per unit or assembly. If the item is listed for reference only, "Ref' or a dash appears in the column. The dash is used for items that exist in the illustrated assembly, but in a nonquantifiable form.

The H200 Series gun assemblies provide two distinct gun body con­figurations: the 97mm body and the 137mm body. Within the two gun body configurations several options are available dependent on the ap­plicator being used, whether "standard" or "independent" firing is re­quired, the operation temperature range and other customer- variable considerations. Table 8.1 presents available gun body configurations in the H200 Series. Each gun configuration is listed by part number, and its inherent operating features are provided.
