Ref: Counselling for admission to the B.Sc, (MT) Radiography Course (Session 202-22) scheduledto be held on 9" Nov., 2021 (Tuesday) at 10:00 A.M. onwards at UCMS.

This is to notily that the Counselling for adnission to the B.Sc. (Medical Technology)

Radiography Course (Session: 2021-22) has been scheduled to be held on 9" November. 2021

(Tuesday ). THene. tlhe following candidates, who have appeared in the Entrance Test of the aforesaid

Course. are advised to report at 08:30 AM at the Faculty Lounge. Ground Floor, (near College canteen), University College of Medical Sciences. Dilshad Garden, Delhi - T10095. to attend the

counselling on the above given date to determine their eligibility on the basis of the Result as per

combined merit list of the Entranee Test as well the eriteria laid down in the BOI for admission.

failing which they shall not be considered for admission or for maintaining the waiting list lor the

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION TO TIHE CANDIDATES

. Candidate is required to attend the eounselling along with all relevant original certificates/Eligibility Qualifications and a set of photocopy as laid down in the

Prospectus of B.Sc. (MT)R Course. Session: 2021-22.

2 It is made clear that those who are not having the I qualilication as laid down in the Prospeclus, at the time of the Counselling shall not be

considered for admission, and no request shall be entertained in this regard 3. Those EWS candidates wlho have submitted the acknowledgement receipt along with the

pplication are required to bring the EWS certificate issued by the compelent authority

for admission. failing which no request will be entertained at all 4Al Original Certilicates in respect of the candidate, who is offered admission. shall be

retained during the above counselling of the course. Hence, candidates are advised to

retan the Photocopy of the same for their other future uses as the original certificate is

released only afier passing of 1 Year of the Course. 5. The ln-Service Candidate is required to produce the study leave/Relieving

certificate/NOC from their employer for joining the course. if offered the admission. 6. After the counselling the selected candidates will be issued an allotment letter for

admission by the College. 7. The Candidate will be required to produce the Medical Fitness Certificate at the time ol

admission; the Medical Examination will be carried in the College itself. 8. The admission fee as prescribed in the Prospectus (Session 2021-22) for this Course is

Rs.6445/- 9 The Reporting Time to atlend the Counselling is 08:30 A.M.

T0. In case of equal marks secured by more than one candidate in the Entrance Test. the

actual merit position will be determined on the basis of eligibility qualification marks.

11. Requirements (if any), will be communicated to the candidate accordingly.12. The Candidates are also informed that no separate communication shall be sent to attend

the Counselling on 9th Nov., 2021 (Tuesday). 13. Candidates are also required to see the attached check list for necessary compliance.
