- The Acrobat PDFMaker window pops up. In the Conversion Settings field of the PDFMaker Settingssection, click on the dropdown arrow and select the newly created profile, e.g., “NRC-10CFR_9”

click on Icon > Word Options- Click on the Save tab in the Word Options window and enable Embed fonts in the file
