At BPAS, the security of your retirement plan and personal information is a top priority. To protect your account from potential cyber security issues, we encourage you to ensure we have your current, valid email address on record. It’s the fastest, safest way for us to notify you when there’s activity on your account. We’ll never send spam or unsolicited email messages. We will, however, notify you anytime you log in from a new device, reset your password, or have activity on your account (email change, transactions, etc.) so you can notify us right away if you didn’t initiate the activity.
• Login to your participant account at bpas.com:
— Look for the “Sign in to Your Account” box on the home page.
— In the drop-down under “I am a...,” choose Participant.
— In the drop-down under “Account Type,” choose Retirement Plan, then Login.
— On the Participant Education Center page, click Login to Your Account.
— Enter your User Name and Password; click Login.
• Select Account Maintenance, Change Personal Data.
• Enter your preferred email address; save changes.
When you’re updating your email address, consider the BPAS GoGreen option. With GoGreen, you can opt out of paper
confirmations, regulatory notices, and quarterly statements and get them electronically instead. You’ll find the GoGreen option in the Account Maintenance tab.
