The top 31 RVP Base Shops are each awarded an additional slot for their base shops top personal securitiesproducer and their Partner! That means that RVPs get to reward the reps that helped them build their

business by taking their MVP with them to the Greenbrier.

Year-over-Year Growth Multiplier

Each month, every RVP who grows total base shop securities production over production for that categoryin the same month of the previous year will get 110% credit toward The Greenbrier qualiication for thatmonths production in the respective category.

Example: An RVPs January 2013 total base shop securities production = $396,733. If January 2014 =$400,000, he or she would get $440,000 in total production credit toward qualiication for that month.Wow!

Licensing CreditFor each of the respective RVP base shop securities production categories, each RVP will receive30,000 in additional credit toward qualiication for each representative in their base shop who, duringthe qualiication period, becomes newly securities licensed. Also, in the United States, an RVP with aRepresentative who obtains the Series 26 or Series 65 securities license will qualify for an additional30,000 for each license. In Canada, an RVP with a Representative who is duly appointed Branch Managerwill qualify for an additional 30,000 in Securities Production.*What an incentive to grow the number ofsecurities licensed reps on your team!

An RVP or Representative may only qualify in one category. Determination of qualiiers for the categories is made in the following order: (1) RVP Base Shop TotalSecurities Production categories (U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico), (2) RVP Base Shop Total Securities Production category (Puerto Rico), (3) Personal Productioncategories (U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico), (4) RVP Base Shop Licensing, and (5) MVP. Additional Terms

All qualiiers must maintain applicable securities licenses and be in good standing at the end of the qualiication period, as well as at the time of the trip. RVPs

qualifying for the RVP Base Shop Securities Production categories and the Securities Licensing category must, by the end of the qualiication period, be principallicensed (U.S.) or approved branch managers (Canada), as required by PFSI/PFSL. For variable annuity credit, the RVP must also have complete variable annuityauthority at the end of the qualiication period.

Year-over-year growth credit (110%) and licensing credit (30,000) is for qualiication toward The Greenbrier incentive only; it is not used for any compensa-tion or other recognition purposes.

* Licensing CreditLicensing Credit is determined by the number of base shop representatives who, during the qualiication period, newly obtain a securities license. In each ofthe RVP Securities Production categories, the number of base shop representatives who newly obtain a securities license is also multiplied by 30,000. For se-curities license credit in both the RVP Securities Production and the RVP Base Shop Licensing categories, the Representative in the U.S. must obtain the Series 6(and Series 63 where necessary) and, in Canada, pass the Mutual Funds exam. In addition, the Representative must obtain the appropriate state registration andbe deemed active by PFS Investments Inc. (PFS Investments) in the U.S. and obtain the appropriate provincial registration and be deemed active by PFSLInvestments Canada Ltd. (PFSL Investments) in Canada.

Additionally, in the U.S., a Representative who obtains the Series 26 or Series 65 or 66 securities license (and is deemed active and it Investment Adviser) willqualify for an additional 30,000 for each license in the RVP Securities Production categories. In Canada, a Representative who is duly appointed Branch Managerand is deemed an active Branch Manager will qualify for an additional 30,000 in the RVP Securities Production categories. Alternate Branch Manager (ABM)

does not qualify for license credit. Representatives who obtain additional licenses (variable annuity, etc.) do not qualify for additional License Credit.License Credit is based on the production month, not the calendar month. For instance, if a person obtains the license in very early May, the credit will count forApril if, when the person obtained the license, the May production month had not closed out yet. Or, if a person obtains the license in very early December, thecredit will count for November if,when the person obtained the license, the November production month had not closed out yet.

This competition may be changed in any manner from time to time or discontinued at any time.

This trip is a Primerica event held to help you build your business. Its expected that youll attend all scheduled meetings and activities as part of your participa-tion in this event.
