3. The preparation of the NSA Disaster Plan will be the responsitility of the Chief', Plans and Policy Division. Format utilized will be the besic five para­graph form as outlined in the Joint Manual FM 110-5/ JAAF/AFM 1-1. This format will be modified as required.

4. All Staff Divisions and Offices will prepare, for internal use, detailed implementing plans for the effective accomplishment of subordinate missions assigned by the NSA Disaster Plan. These implementing plans will

,be submitted to the Chief, Plans and Policy Division, ',for review within 90 days after. the publication of NSADIS.

·, 5. The Nf!A Disaster Plan will be under continual review by the Chief, Plans and Policy Division, and rovised publication will be as required. Each Staff Division and Office Chief will review, at least semi­annually, detailed implementing plans to insure feasi­bility of implementation.
