Don't Have Lens Enabled?

Contact Your Admin to Turn-On Rescue Lens TIP: Users need to be running the Rescue v7.6 technician console which you can find here: Desktop Technician Console or Browser Technician Console

Administrators are required

to enable Rescue Lens

1. Log in to the LogMeIn Rescue Administration Center

2. On the organization tree, select the Technician Group you want to work with

3. Select the Organization tab

4. Under Permissions, select Rescue Lens

5. Click Save Changes
