second stage of selection Process:

� Essay writing (Total time allotted 10minutes)

� Personal Interview (15-40 minutes)



IIM -B

� Essay writing since 2010 30 minutes

Topic: Current political, economic and business scenario

or on topics such as sports and those that require more

creative thinking.

Evaluation on: content and style.

� Personal InterviewTwo interviewerswill evaluate each candidate and the

average of the scores given by them for the essay and the

personal interview will be taken into consideration for final

admission.

� Group Discussion (2 minutes to think and

10 minutes to discuss).

After the GD all the members were asked tosummarize or were asked give their opinions

within 1 Minute (Monologue)
